One-to-One Triathlon Coaching

We offer one-to-one coaching technique to achieve efficient, low energy cost freestyle which is most effective for triathlon. We have facilities for brick training, swim, bike and run with a Wattbike, a Pro-form Tour de France bike and a treadmill. Indoor facilities available in all-weathers.
