Cycling Training

Using a WattbikePro-form Tour de France bike and Stepper we provide one-to-one training to individually tailor programmes for time trialling, hill climbs and road racing.

We can provide road time trials over a 10 mile road time trial course with all left-hand turns (avoiding turning into traffic).


We establish a cyclists maximum watt output and tailor a programme around matching the watt output with pedal RPM against heart rate to establish the cyclists optimum VO2 level.

We also use a stepper (stair climbing machine) to specifically target the downward pedal action.
